We stayed for Christmas, it was nice to see festive decorations on the front of the building and in the lobby. The staff was mostly friendly. Location was great, just a short walk from a nice park and some shops. The room had a decent size and a comfortable bed. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea.
No decorations or anything to make us feel festive. The heating didn't work properly and our room was quite cold, we had to ask for an extra blanket.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was situated in a beautiful village with stunning natural surroundings and breathtaking views. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and provided us with helpful information about the area. the room was comfortable and cozy, making for a pleasant stay.
there was a lack of basic amenities in our room, such as a table for cutting meals and sufficient utensils for cooking.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the price was really reasonable for what was included. The small apartment was perfect for my family, with a kitchen, TV, and a private bathroom. The location by the river was beautiful and added to the overall charm of the hotel. Secondly, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They made sure we had everything we needed and even provided advice on local attractions. Lastly, the basic amenities were all in good condition and well-maintained. I was impressed with the value for money and the attention to detail at this hotel.
Nothing left to be desired.
